    This quote explains the versatility required of engineers—to embrace diverse methodologies and cultural variations across countries. As a global engineer, the lack of effective communication could become a liability to the team and the project. Not having the same wavelength on language used, time zone differences, and understanding of cultural diversities could very well cause a grave misunderstanding or pushing of boundaries during a project with global engineers.

    Language barriers, stemming from communication differences or varied terminologies, also presents considerable challenges. Thus, it becomes crucial to maintain an open mindset and a positive learning attitude to continuously learn, adapt, and refine our communication skills.
